All consultations are done in person for clear understanding of the request, the placement and design details. It is also necessary to place a deposit to complete scheduling an appointment.

Yes, if you need to cancel/reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment. Any appointments that are canceled with less than a 48 hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s). No-show appointments without a courtesy call are subject to a charge for the full amount of the service.
